Forget your day-to-day worries, relax, and unwind. We want to make sure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, so here are a few important points and helpful hints. We rent out our vacation apartments on a weekly basis, with arrivals and departures all on Saturday. (Shorter stays can be agreed upon, by special arrangement.) On the day of your arrival, your vacation apartment will be available to you starting at 2:00 p.m. In the event that you will arrive after 6:00 p.m., we request that you inform us of this by phone in advance. On the day of your departure, we ask that you vacate your apartment by 10:00 a.m.
Your vacation apartment is furnished with the necessary bed linen, hand towels, and dish towels. These items are changed once a week. Upon request, we can change your linen and towels more frequently, free of charge.
We have two city-bikes and two mountainbikes for the use of our guests (free of charge). We also have a lockable bicycle room where you can park your own bicycles.
St. Pauls boasts a wide range of cafes, restaurants, and wine bars and also grocery stores. You will love the variety of shopping options. Business hours are usually from 7:30 a.m. to 12 noon and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Stores are closed on Sundays. However, since business hours vary seasonally, we suggest that you ask Christine.
Our house guests are welcome to enjoy our hearty Leitnhof breakfast!
Your breakfast table will be laden with plenty of hot coffee, aromatic herbal teas, fresh fruit juices (from our kitchen), a variety of fresh and crisp baked goods (from our village baker), and lots of homemade fruit spreads. With loads of butter, yoghurt, cheese, South Tyrolean bacon, and sausage. And plenty of extras.
You can breakfast here throughout the year, every day from 7:30 a.m. till 10:00 a.m.

Leitnhof processes and stores your personal data that is necessary for the processing of the activity. The processing takes place within the framework of the European General Data Protection Regulation. The data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

In the event of an emergency of any kind (medical emergency where you need an emergency physician, ambulance, fire department, police, etc.), you may dial 112.
There are several filling stations with 24-hour self-service in St. Michael.
Each vacation apartment has a fire blanket located in the kitchen area. There is a fire extinguisher marked by a red sign – in the game room.
You’ll find a First Aid Box (red container) with a number of different bandages and other first aid supplies in the game room. The First Aid Box is marked with a green sign.
You are welcome to visit our game room. There are plenty of board games and books for a relaxing evening of entertainment. You can even take the games with you into your vacation apartment. You’ll also find lots of equipment for outdoor fun (e.g., ping-pong paddles, sandbox toys, balls, etc.) on the shelf at the right near the entrance. The game room also has a table-top soccer game.

You have access to wireless Internet (WLAN) in all of the apartments. The password is: sonnenblume
Our laundry room (in the basement) is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Please ask for our assistance so that we can show you how everything works!
Our library – located in the game room – is filled with plenty of visually stunning books about South Tyrol, hiking books, children’s books, plenty of light reading, our daily newspaper “Dolomites,” the local community news, information material from the tourist agency, and much, much more. You are welcome to take any of these items to your apartment to read them there. But please treat them properly and return them after you’re done.
Each vacation apartment is assigned a roofed parking space.
After you’ve made your advance payment, your vacation apartment is considered reserved. We can accept cash payments up to the amount of EURO 1.999.99. Otherwise, we request that you effect payment by bank transfer. We can provide you with the necessary banking details.
The pharmacy is located in St. Pauls, Schloss Warth Weg 14/B, phone: 0039 0471 665 897, right at the entrance to the village, directly behind the supermarket M-Preis. Business hours: 8:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. and 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.; Saturday 8:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

In the event that you come with public transportation, we would be happy to pick you up at the nearest bus stop or train station.
The public bus connections between St. Pauls and Bozen / Bolzano and the vicinity are excellent. You can find current bus schedules in the game room. If you need information while you’re underway, we recommend that you upload the app “Südtirol2Go” to your cell phone.
There’s an additional refrigerator near the swimming pool that you are welcome to use.
Your room safe is located in the bedroom closet. You can fetch the corresponding key from Christine. We accept no liability for any loss of or damage to your property.
To protect the environment, you should sort your trash – starting right in your apartment. You’ll find the various different waste receptacles in the entry hall to the bicycle room.
The various different kinds of waste should be separately disposed of as follows: Cans and metal (tin cans, other metal objects); glass (glass bottles, jelly jars, all kinds of glass containers); paper (clean waste paper, newspapers, catalogs, etc.); plastic bottles (plastic bottles, only); residual waste (milk cartons, diapers, yoghurt cups, packaging, etc.); bio-waste (leftover food, fruit and vegetable residues, coffee grounds, used tea bags, egg shells, etc.); stale bread (for our livestock).
Many people find tobacco smoke annoying or problematic. Tobacco smoke is absorbed into furniture and drapes, and the odor it leaves behind is noticeable even days later. To ensure the comfort of our guests, we must therefore insist that you smoke only outdoors. Smoking is prohibited in the vacation apartments.
We will be happy to provide you with our bicycles, scooters, toboggans, skis, snowshoes, inline skates, fishing gear, golf clubs, and hiking poles – free of charge. Please contact Christine for details.
Use of the swimming pool at your own risk! Our pool is fenced in for safety reasons. We therefore request that you always keep the gate securely locked. You’ll find the key on the key chain of your vacation apartment. In additional, all of the usual hygienic rules apply (e.g., showering before entering the pool, no food near the swimming pool, etc.).
